BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Anon-refundable deposit is require to secure your hair appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total cost of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, however with 48 hours notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice and the deposit will be transferred to the new date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 mind will be allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result  in forfeiture of the deposit, and future appointments may require full pre-payment.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS: If additional services are requested on the day of the appointment, the deposit will be applied to the end total.
